Refund policy

The Customer has 14 days from the date of receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal without giving a reason.

In accordance with article L.121-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods which have been unsealed by the Customer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons hygiene or health protection. Any goods returned to KOKO BEAUTY in contradiction with article L.121-28 of the Consumer Code will be returned to the Customer at KOKO BEAUTY's expense without the Customer being able to demand any compensation whatsoever.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify KOKO BEAUTY, by following the following steps, failing which KOKO BEAUTY reserves the right to refuse reimbursement:

  1. Write to us at with your order number, to let us know about your withdrawal request. From this date, you have 14 days to return the products to us (shipping date).
  2. Check that each product is returned in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Any product that has been opened or damaged will not be refunded.
  3. Please include in your package with the product (s) in question, the number of the order concerned as well as your first and last name.
  4. Return the package to the following address:

In the event of withdrawal from the Customer, KOKO BEAUTY will reimburse him for the amount of his order and a credit for the amount of delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that he has chosen, if applicable , a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method offered by KOKO BEAUTY) no later than fourteen days from the day KOKO BEAUTY is informed of its withdrawal decision.

KOKO BEAUTY may defer reimbursement until receipt of the returned products or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment of the products, the date selected being that of the first of these facts.

KOKO BEAUTY will refund using the same means of payment as that used for the initial transaction.

The Customer will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

KOKO BEAUTY advises the Customer to choose a mode of transport with a tracking number. Without tracking number, KOKO BEAUTY will not accept any claim.
